> Supervision and industrial data collection serving the company: you believe in it and invest in it, and you are also doing so with Innovation System. Can you tell us about your collaboration journey?
About two years ago, we entrusted Simone Zanon, owner of Innovation System, with the request to measure energy consumption and control utilities. We then strengthened the relationship, and the request expanded to include the control of district heating in some departments and the management of certain systems.
> What are the concrete benefits you are obtaining?
Certainly, automation allows for the collection of data and indicators aimed at cost and time savings, but in our specific case, Innovation System's intervention has also ensured personnel safety. During the Covid period, digital people counters were installed in the changing rooms, activating red lights if the allowed number of people in the common space was exceeded, ensuring social distancing.
> What critical aspects and areas for improvement do you see in Innovation System?
The company has significant expansion potential due to its forward-looking vision and the undisputed technical capacity of highly qualified staff. The talents are there but need to be organized more strategically to allow the owner to delegate more and perform a supervisory role, enabling an even more refined and accurate service in detail.
> In what future projects could Innovation System be involved?
In the machinery sector, we could refine data collection for control and optimization of the production cycle. The near future also includes the construction of new offices: therefore, we will need advanced home automation systems and devices to control air quality (CQ Sensor).
We have great confidence in this collaboration, which can still bring us satisfaction.
