I believe this phrase reflects the entire journey we embarked on nearly two years ago with Conceria Zonta. Our teamwork, together with their staff, covered all the optimization needs of their business ecosystem. Let us briefly guide you through the transition journey we made together.
Since 1954, from generation to generation, Conceria Zonta has carried on the artisan tradition in leather processing. A team with great expertise and skilled hands creates excellent products recognized worldwide.
In recent years, the tannery has been investing in #digitization: with a strong focus on #sustainability, they turned to us at Innovation System to create a customized application that would improve the management of their chemical products warehouse. And thus, the Inventory software was born.
The IoT platform OnSystem, along with the Inventory software, was the ideal solution to tackle this challenge, enabling Conceria Zonta to effectively track, monitor, and optimize resource usage and the environmental impact of their activities.
To meet the specific needs of the tannery, we created a modern and user-friendly web application from scratch, accessible from any browser and operating system. The Inventory software was designed to simplify the management of the chemical products warehouse.
Inventory was developed in compliance with the European REACH Regulation - Reg. (EC) 1907/2006 and the ZDHC Procedure.
An analysis of objective data was one of the key features of the software, allowing monitoring of product tracking in all phases: from entry into the plant, processing, to exit.
This comprehensive dashboard provided clear and detailed information on product usage and the tannery's environmental impact, in addition to centralizing risk nomenclature, useful for workplace safety and fire regulations, along with technical data sheets for each product.
The acquired data allowed Conceria Zonta to achieve an exceptional score in LWG certification, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
The LWG certification process requires reliable and certain data on the company's environmental management, and the Inventory software, together with the OnSystem IoT platform, became an essential tool in this context.
Nearly a year ago, we interviewed Arch. Bontorin, and we are proud to see that the objectives he set for Conceria Zonta have been almost entirely achieved.
