Optimizing water management systems with our IoT platform OnSystem has enabled detailed control of every aspect related to the purification cycle.

> Accurate and detailed monitoring:

With IoT software integration, monitoring of water input and output occurs in real time: the dashboard provides detailed measurements, with a complete picture of inputs and outputs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This enables optimal management of water resources.


> Control of water parameters:

The IoT platform precisely monitors various water parameters, such as tank level, temperature, critical values (such as pH) and more. Controlling the recirculation pumps also optimized the flow of water traveling within the various plants, thus improving the purification process.


> Plant optimization:

The IoT platform monitors and adjusts valves, mixers and oxygenators of the plants involved in the purification process, helping precise and timely management.


> Integrated environmental analysis:

In addition to internal monitoring, the company has extended the scope of observation to include external data such as temperature, rainfall and wind direction, enabling a comprehensive analysis of the environment surrounding the purifier.

In addition to sewage treatment plants for industries, as a System Integrator we are involved in the management of municipal waterworks, process water used to cool or heat production facilities, and heat recovery from generators. For example, for one client, recovery of water from the running compressor (which generates considerable heat) is used to heat offices.
