Role:

Building Automation Specialist

Bessica di Loria, no travel required

​

Responsibilities:

• Programming and commissioning of products and systems, integration of third-party components into the OnSystem BMS, and maintenance activities;

• Provide pre- and post-sales support using innovative digital solutions and tools developed by Innovation System;

• Assist customers remotely and on-site, providing support in case of malfunctions or technical issues;

• Coordinate on-site operations, delivery activities and monitor execution according to company guidelines;

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and policies at each work site;

• Actively participate in the technical development phase, ensuring that projects meet the required specifications;

• Ensure that projects are in accordance with the required specifications;

• Ensure on-site presence during installation, scheduling and testing phases;

• Monitor time, cost, and quality of projects, overseeing the progress of work.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering or Automation or equivalent technical training;

• At least 3 years' experience as Project Engineer or Project Manager in the field of temperature control;

• Knowledge in the field of Building Automation in HVAC - UTA;

• Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 based programming languages;

• Knowledge of automation systems and distributed SCADA / BEMS control systems, operator panels and low voltage electrical systems;

• Knowledge of communication protocols such as MODBUS, KNX, DALI and BACnet;

• Knowledge of basic operating principles of air conditioning, electrical and lighting systems;

• Knowledge and ability to read electrical panel diagrams;

• Knowledge of popular computer technologies: Windows and Linux operating systems, IP networks;

• Ability to solve complex technical problems and adapt to different project requirements;

• Strong goal achievement and customer satisfaction orientation;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;

• Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies.
